The 266 tenants of social housing on the rue de l'Argonne and Champagne had an appointment Thursday 27 March for a situation point with Batigère and Quadral. Fifty came to expose their grievances: broken doors, burnt cellars, rats, squats, neighbourhood problems, leaks, garbage cans... The land was cleared, commitments were made. The evening also revealed a lack of information.
