Flemish Andy (28) was a victim of senseless violence in Breda, his brother helps search online for the perpetrator: 'A blow with enormous consequences'

Every year, Andy Teulinghx (28) from the Flemish Nijlen celebrates with the Dutch on King's Day. "He's such a big fan of the whole atmosphere," says his brother Björn (30). But this time, things went completely wrong in Breda. "Andy was beaten with a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage, for no reason." The police have not yet found the perpetrator. Björn is now looking for witnesses online himself.
