Bimini: Three men arrested for ammunition possession

NASSAU, BAHAMAS –Police in Bimini seized ammunition and arrested three individuals on Friday, 21st March, 2025, at a residence in Alice Town. Initial reports indicate that shortly after 11:00 p.m., officers while investigating a complaint discovered the ammunition inside a home. Consequently, the three male occupants ages 55, 32, and 24 were taken into custody and are assisting with the investigation.

As part of the investigation conducted by the National Police of Haiti (PNH) into the case of ammunition and weapons seized by the Dominican authorities on 4 March 2025, five individuals were arrested. They are suspected of being involved in an illegal network of arms trafficking.
