Customers filled up the parking lot Wednesday, March 13 for Cuca’s Mexican Food’s new restaurant in Highland. The restaurant is at 27245 Base Line St., in a space formerly occupied by Kay’s Cafe, a decades-old diner that closed about six months ago. Cuca’s has opened on Base Line Street in Highland.
