Editor’s note: This log is based on information submitted to the media by Philomath Fire & Rescue: FRIDAY, JAN. 30 • 4:15 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to the reported crash of a vehicle into a building at the corner of Applegate Street and South 13th Street. The driver, reported by Philomath Police as an 82-year-old Philomath man, was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. The crew helped with cleanup at the scene.…
