COA is considering the consequences of the ruling on Ter Apel's penalty payment
Now that a judge has again ruled that the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) must pay 50,000 euros for each time the registration centre in Ter Apel is too busy, the agency is considering "the consequences this will have for the future". This was stated by chairman Milo Schoenmaker after the ruling on Tuesday on the appeal filed by the COA.
