A Bergen County man is accused of failing to pay about $3 million in employee taxes for the masonry company he operated in Bronx, New York, the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Southern District of New York announced. Nigel Kenneth Joseph, 45, of Bergenfield faces 11 counts of failing to account for and pay payroll taxes, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
