Fayetteville, Manlius Tops to undergo over $4 million worth in upgrades

Tops Friendly Markets has announced they're investing more than four million dollars to remodel two stores in Central New York. The Tops at Towne Center in Fayetteville will undergo a $2.25 million upgrade, and the West Seneca Street store in Manlius will receive a $2.15 million upgrade.
