SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - Investigators are at the scene of a fatal wreck in Spartanburg County. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office confirmed it has responded to the scene of a wreck on Fairforest Clevedale Road at Old Blackstock Road.
