Family mourns forklift operator crushed at Windsor wine facility

(KRON) -- A forklift operator who was crushed to death while working at a wine storage facility in Windsor is being mourned by his family and friends. The worker was identified through a GoFundMe page as Miguel DeJesus Hernandez, 40. According to Windsor Police Sgt. Jason Little, on April 3, the worker was operating a forklift on a stack of full wine pallets, each weighing 3,000 pounds. Investigators believe the forklift got wedged into the pall…
