San Rafael fire displaces family of apartment building
A fire damaged an apartment building in San Rafael and displaced a family on Saturday. The fire was reported around 12:20 p.m. at a 12-unit, two-story apartment complex at 81 Woodland Ave., Deputy Fire Chief Robert Sinnott said. The fire was within a second-floor apartment.
