Extreme heat could impact area - The Brewton Standard

The Alabama Emergency Management Agency has released information to alert residents of impending high temperatures and high Heat Index values. Heat indices will  reach 103-109 Wednesday and again on Thursday with very little cooling overnight. Limit outdoor activity, stay in shaded or air-conditioned areas and drink plenty of water.
