People with depression whose symptoms had not improved after receiving psychotherapy, may still get some benefit from a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy group course, according to a UK study. The researchers found that people who went through 12 sessions of high-intensity therapy but still had symptoms of depression, were able to significantly reduce these symptoms after attending a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy group course.
