Evansville man accepts plea agreement in child molesting case

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - An Evansville man will be sentenced next month after accepting a plea agreement in Vanderburgh Circuit Court, avoiding a trial. Michael McGuire is being charged with four counts of child molesting and two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. McGuire was first arrested back in November 2023.
