EUNICE, LA. (KLFY) -- Eunice man was was arrested and charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and felony indecent behavior with a juvenile, police said. Darrell Ray Johnson, 24, of Eunice was arrested on the evening of Oct. 8.
