The EU is hosting its second donor conference for the Palestinian territories on Monday (starting at 9:00 a.m. CEST). The meeting, with more than 60 delegations, including those from Arab states, will focus on the financial stability of the Palestinian Authority (PA). New funding for humanitarian aid and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip is also on the agenda, according to an EU representative.
