Power Outage Disrupts North Rim Lodge Services at Grand Canyon National Park
GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK — A power outage that began the evening of Sunday, June 1, continues to affect operations at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, including the Grand Canyon Lodge. The outage was caused by a transformer equipment failure near the lodge. As a result, overnight reservations at the lodge have been canceled since June 2, and full lodging and food services remain unavailable. Source
