What if helping others was also a way to give meaning to one’s life? With this reflection as a starting point, the Elkarrizan association launched a new campaign this October to promote volunteering in Bortziriak. The initiative takes as its reference the ikigai, a Japanese concept related to the vital purpose and meaning of life, and connects it with the importance of caring, accompanying and creating links within the community.
