The Public Prosecutor's Office issued a formal indictment against eight former officials for alleged irregularities in the construction of 18 industrial evaporation pools at the Litio Bolivianos Yacimientos Industrial Complex (YLB) in the Uyuni Salar. The indictment was issued after the investigations had been completed in the preparatory stage. Among the defendants is the former national manager of Evaporitis Resources, Luis Alberto Echazú.
