- Aisha Achimugu, the managing director and chief executive officer of Felak Concept Group, which specializes in civil, structural, and transportation engineering, had previously obtained a court injunction to prevent her arrest, but this order was vacated by a Federal High Court in Abuja on February 19, 2025.
- Prior to being declared wanted, a lavish 50th birthday celebration hosted by Achimugu in Grenada made headlines, with speculation arising about her relationship with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, although the EFCC clarified that its investigation of Achimugu has no connection to either Sanwo-Olu or former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and the probe began in 2022.
- The EFCC has requested that anyone with information regarding Achimugu's whereabouts contact any of its offices across the country, the nearest police station, or other security agencies, providing the phone number 08093322644 and email address info@efcc.gov.ng, and has obtained a court warrant to declare Achimugu wanted for fleeing Nigeria amidst the probe.
