Educational Resources at the Height of Ambitions: Madagascar at the Heart of Regional Dynamics
From 24 to 26 June, the Togolese capital hosted the second edition of the Encounters Africaines pour les ressources éducatives (RARE 2025). A meeting co-organised by the French Institute and UNESCO and became a must for education and culture actors in French-speaking Africa, mobilized around the same objective: making educational resources a powerful lever to achieve the Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4).
