Anti-Chavista leader Edmundo González Urrutia celebrated on Saturday the release of Sergei Tijanovski, the main opponent of Belarus’s president, Alexander Lukashenko, who was detained for five years. “I am very happy about the release of Sergei Tijanovski, husband of the legitimate president of Belarus, Svetlana Tijanovskaya,” Gonzalez, exiled in Spain since September, said in response to a video in which the Belarusian leader meets her husband.
