EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Police have located the driver of a dump truck that reportedly struck a traffic light in Edinburg on Tuesday morning. The crash occurred at 8 a.m. at the intersection of McColl and Rogers Road. Power lines collapsed and were exposed as a result of the crash, which prompted a road closure in the affected area.
