The Government of Ecuador announced an agreement with PowerChina for the operation of Coca Codo Sinclair, the largest hydroelectric power plant in the country. In dialogue with Sputnik, expert Jorge Luis Hidalgo assessed that the agreement begins to solve part of the legal and operational problems that make the plant not operate in its entirety.
