At least 28 people, including nine children, were injured in a Russian strike on Kharkiv, while two people were killed in the Kyiv region, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday.
Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Monday morning that two people, including one of Azerbaijani nationality, were killed near the Ukrainian capital. He also reported an increase in the number of strikes in Kharkiv.
At least 22 people were injured as a result of the attack on Kharkov, and the authorities reported that one of the strikes by adjusted air bombs had hit a multi-family house, destroying two floors.
