In a judgment of 17 June 2025, the 12th Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Paris, specializing in emerging disputes, confirmed the conviction of the La Poste group for failing to comply with its obligations under its duty of vigilance.
This conviction is the first sanction linked to a law that imposes on large French companies to prevent environmental risks and violations of human rights related to their activities.
