DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) -- On Aug. 14th, the Duplin County Sheriff's Office received a report of breaking to motor vehicle with larceny. This occurred at an address located on Garner Chapel Rd., near Mt. Olive. An investigation was completed, and an arrest warrant was issued for Billy Earl Overton, 29, of Seven Springs.
