- The driver of the Honda, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the hospital, while the driver of the Ford sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The incident is under investigation and criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
- The driver of the pursued vehicle, a 26-year-old man, fled on foot but was apprehended by the police.
