WIZMnews.com A major link between Holmen and Trempealeau won’t close after the Wisconsin DOT announced changes this week, said State Rep. Steve Doyle. The Department of Transportation plans to replace three 72-year-old bridges on Highway 35 east of Trempealeau. Originally, the DOT wanted to close the highway during construction.
