Downtown Midland will improve it's parking system

The City of Midland announced on Wednesday that it reached a contract agreement with Ace Parking to improve the parking availability downtown. As of now, there's no hard deadline set on when the full project will be finished. However, the plan is to spend the next six months putting a game plan together for the project.
