- Eckert remains in custody pending a July 20 detention hearing and faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison if convicted of threatening a member of the president's immediate family.
- The U.S. Attorney's Office has charged three additional people with communicating interstate antisemitic threats since August 2025, with Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg stating threats based on religious beliefs will not be tolerated.
