The Department of Health (DOH) 10 (Northern Mindanao) is optimistic it will surpass its measles-rubella vaccination target for the region. The DOH launched the Measles-Rubella Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) in Mindanao from Jan. 19 to Feb. 13, aiming to vaccinate 90 to 95 percent of children aged 6 to 59 months.
