DN DEBATT. Even though we live longer, work longer and are healthier at a later age than before, the labor market is still marked by prejudice against, and discrimination against, older workers. Ageism is a waste of socio-economic resources. It is high time that Sweden develops a comprehensive policy with powerful measures to counteract this, writes Patrik Nilsson, Akavia.
