Dispute with unions over 'supermarket' on wheels puts Picnic's future at stake

Unions and grocery delivery companies have been arguing for years about whether or not Picnic is a supermarket. Delivery companies want to get out of the current supermarket collective labor agreement and have concluded their own e-commerce collective labor agreement. An appeal to the court of appeal in Arnhem must provide clarity in the matter that could determine the future of Picnic.
