Disappointment for Carlo Heuvelman's relatives: large part of the damage amount is in jeopardy

A disappointment for the relatives of Carlo Heuvelman, who died in Mallorca in July 2021 after a fight with a group of young people from Hilversum. In the cassation procedure concerning the substantial compensation to Heuvelman's girlfriend, the Advocate General advises that the case should be returned to the court of appeal. The court allegedly did not substantiate the award of this claim properly.
