Ensenada – The Ensenada Municipal Ombudsman's Office announced on Thursday, October 30, the temporary suspension of Paola Avelar Espinoza, Director of Infrastructure for the 24th City Council. Avelar Espinoza also faces a minor criminal complaint related to a construction project in the Las Palmas III neighborhood where three workers were buried alive and one died last week.
