Detector: Pastrana failed to liquidate 31 EPS, Uribe 52 and Santos 24

On WhatsApp and Facebook there is an image circulating that says that the government of Andrés Pastrana liquidated 31 EPS; that of Álvaro Uribe, 52; Santos another 24; and Duque, 11.
