NASHVILLE – A Washington County Sheriff’s deputy was recently exposed to fentanyl while on the scene of a two vehicle injury accident at mile marker 46 on I-64. According to the sheriff’s office, just before 10 p.m. on June 1, the deputy was helping EMS free the injured driver when he found a bag of fentanyl powder on the door.
