Delivery Executive Arrested for Molesting Brazilian National in Bengaluru

A Blinkit delivery agent was arrested in Bengaluru after a Brazilian model alleged sexual harassment at her RT Nagar apartment, with the incident reported on October 25.
On October 17, the incident occurred around 3.20 pm when the woman had ordered groceries via a delivery app and lived with two other models, flatmates.
Initially too distressed, the victim later shared the incident with her flatmates who informed the agency, which verified CCTV recordings and filed a formal complaint on October 25.
Police registered a case under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections 75 and 76, tracked the accused via digital order details, and he was remanded in judicial custody on Sunday.
The victim works with a private modelling agency and is receiving assistance from her employer and colleagues while staying in a company-provided flat for two months.
