- CCTV footage from the accident day showed the car lost control, flipped, and contacted the motorcyclist, while the ambulance driver and paramedic arrived then left within roughly 40 seconds without aiding.
- The court granted bail to Gaganpreet Kaur on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and two sureties, with conditions to surrender her passport and avoid New Life Hospital staff.
- Investigators earlier this month submitted the taxi driver testimony and noted victims were taken to Nulife Hospital, GTB Nagar, nearly 18–19 km from the crash site, for trial probe.
