- Police allege Rs 122 crore was siphoned through a fraudulent trust, froze Rs 8 crore in assets, and prosecutors urged custodial interrogation to recover Rs 30 crore.
- The Sri Sringeri Sharada Peetham severed ties with Saraswati, calling his actions inappropriate, while investigators sent NVRs and CCTV footage to the Forensic Science Laboratory and continue probing forged visiting cards and fabricated number plates.
