Defendant in shooting death of Catholic High student has case moved to juvenile court | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

A Little Rock teenager accused of killing a Catholic High School student will be prosecuted in juvenile court, a Pulaski County Circuit judge ruled on Thursday after the boy's defense attorneys blocked prosecutors from putting on evidence supporting the charges, during a three-hour hearing that included the victim's mother being removed from court after an emotional outburst.
