ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The second of two defendants in the Chyna Forney murder case has been sentenced. Defendant Alvin Foy III was sentenced to 25 years to life for being one of the two gunmen that fired 31 shots into a crowd of people in May of 2021. 18 year old Chyna Forney who was in that crowd and was not the intended target, was shot and killed during the incident. ALBANY — A judge sentenced Alvin Foy III, of Albany, to 25 years to life on Friday for his role in the shooting death of high school senior Chyna Forney in 2021. However, before acting state Supreme Court Justice Roger D. McDonough handed down his sentence, he kicked Foy out of the courtroom because he repeatedly interrupted the judge during the proceedings.
