Debris remains along Sulphur Creek

Brush debris from heavy July flooding remains on the side of Sulphur Creek near the Fourth Street bridge. Clean-up efforts from Forward Lampasas, a local non-profit, took place earlier this year with plans to create a walking trail along the creek. Efforts are expected to resume this fall as temperatures cool, according to Forward Lampasas leaders.
