The murder trial against a young basic military servant in Klagenfurt has brought out more explosive details – for example, that recruits should not have handled with fully loaded and eligible weapons. Only a new order changed this and ensured that a 21-year-old lost his life.


A 20-year-old was sentenced to twelve years of imprisonment in Klagenfurt on Wednesday. Around 40 relatives and acquaintances of the victim did not agree with this.
Soldier Mustafa Pinarci was shot dead by a comrade in Spittal, where the court sentenced the perpetrator to twelve years in prison.
The serviceman speaks of an accident, but the prosecutor's office assumes that there will be a killing order.
Last October, a basic defense officer fatally injured an older colleague by a shot. Although he claimed that the shot had fallen by accident, the jury unanimously decided for murder.
