Our clocks will be moved forward one hour on Sunday at 2 a.m. The change to summer time will mean another hour less sleep. We will return to winter time on the last Sunday in October. In the EU, we will be moving our clocks forward for at least the next few years, as the European Commission has published the summer time schedule for the period until 2026 in the EU Official Journal.
