Following a hacker attack on Nowa Itaka, the login details of clients of Poland's largest travel agency Itaka were leaked. The PAP agency reported this today, citing the Minister of Digitalization and Deputy Prime Minister of Poland, Krzysztof Gawkowski. Itaka has owned the Czech travel agency Čedok since 2016.
He stressed that in such a situation, every person whose data has been stolen should react quickly.
On Thursday, the login details of some customers using the services of the Itaka Nowa travel agency were leaked. In response to the incident, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski assured the authorities of their involvement: "NASK specialists remain in constant contact with ITAKA. Operational activities have also begun to identify the perpetrators," he wrote on the X platform.
