The CSIF Ceuta union has demanded that the requests for birth, care and conciliation permits requested by several local police officers be fully respected, after the Headquarters has raised the possibility of refusing or limiting them on the grounds of alleged “service needs.” The union considers that “it is impossible to limit a right of reconciliation and family co-responsibility to cover the lack of planning in the summer quadrants.”
