CRST Buffalo Authority and others working to bring more indigenous foods into schools

For several years, farm-to-table programs have aided school district’s across the country feed students locally-produced meat and produce that is not only cost-effective, but healthier as well. Now the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Buffalo Authority Corporation is partnering with multiple local and national organizations to take the farm-to-table model to the next step.
