CREA reports home sales fell in February amid tariff uncertainty

Home sales in February fell to their lowest level in more than a year, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association.
Actual home sales were down 10.4 percent compared with February last year, as reported by the Canadian Real Estate Association.
The national average sale price of a home in February was $668,097, representing a decline of 3.3 percent from a year ago, as stated by the Canadian Real Estate Association.
